Redesigning the future of the My NRMA website and experience for 3M+ members

The challenge

NRMA had redesigned the strategy and mobile experience for its 2.7M members and now wanted to align its website presence so that it created cohesion and consistency across all platforms.

The approach

We provided NRMA with a complete design squad of 5 who worked collaboratively with NRMA on redesigning their website experience for members. This project lasted for 7 months and involved collaboration with 30+ NRMA stakeholders.

  • New design system developed for NRMA for all NRMA business units to leverage including NRMA Parks and NRMA self-service
  • Developed out “web app” design for self-service to match mobile app
