Redesigning and rethinking the future of NRMA’s membership program

The challenge

NRMA came to Digital Creators looking to redesign and rethink their membership program, reflect the diversity of its motoring and travel properties, and tell the future company story (including its focus on electric vehicles, the shift to renewables and support for local business and communities).

The approach

We provided NRMA with a complete venture squad including product, design and engineering support who worked collaboratively with NRMA on redesigning their mobile experience for members. This project lasted for 9 months and involved collaboration with 20+ NRMA stakeholders.
